My last dog was a blue heeler/rottweiler mix who LOVED to whizz out the car windows Garfield comic strip style. He passed away after developing brain cancer and after a lonely year without a dog, my wife and I adopted an adult Golden Retriever from a local rescue organization.

She loves riding in the car. Took her on a 5 hour road trip to the mountains and she did fine. What boggles my mind is she has zero interest in sticking her head out of the windows and into the wind. She sort of a spoiled princess and loves AC, but something tells me this dog is an alien planted here to infiltrate our homes. DIDNT YOUR ALIEN MASTERS TELL YOU EARTH DOGS WHIZZ??

Peeing out the window?! That’s hilarious. Goldens are supposed to be awesome. My family’s PWD doesn’t like sticking his head out the window either, but he is also very spoiled/a total princess. No interest in playing outside unless it’s below 80, AC only!
